Meet our Founder & Lead Consultant

Felicia is the Founder of TFE Immigration and Citizenship Consultancy. Her passion for Canadian immigration began in Accra, Ghana where she worked for Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) for 5 years before pursuing further studies in Canada. She completed the Research Analyst program at Humber College (now Humber Polytechnic) and proceeded to Western University for her Master’s in Research for Policy and Evaluation before completing the Graduate Diploma in Immigration and Citizenship Law at Queens University to become a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC). She acquired a Class L3 licence from the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) of Canada, a licence the gives her the RCIC-IRB designation and allows her to represent clients before the Immigration Refugee Board (IRB) for refugee claims and appeals.

As an immigrant herself, she understands the struggles and challenges in making the Canadian immigration decision as well as integrating when you arrive. Her vision is to provide high-quality, straight forward and innovative solutions. Over the years, she has supported many families and individuals through her work with various immigration firms and personal experience. Known for her dedication and specialty in areas like Family Sponsorship, Express Entry, Temporary Visas (Visit, Study, Work), Provincial Nominee Programs, Pre-Removal Risk Assessment (PRRA) among others, Felicia has successfully guided countless clients through complex cases and has a proven track record of success.

With her strong research and policy analysis background, Felicia remains on top of policy and legislation changes and can work comfortably with varied information including immigration data to identify trends which helps in making predictions that offer clients reliable, up-to-date advice as well as help in identifying strategic opportunities based on new and emerging regulations.
